After successfully binding the card, if you receive a prompt that the card has been declined when recharging, you can first close the recharge pop-up, refresh the page, and then enable automatic recharge (make sure the newly added card is set as the default card, as automatic recharge will deduct from the default card, refer to the image below; if the card's Default is grayed out, it means it is the default card).
After enabling automatic recharge, if the card balance is sufficient (the minimum automatic recharge is $10, and you may also need to bind a pre-deduction of $5, so it's best to have at least $15 on the card), it will generally automatically recharge to the API after a while, so you can wait a bit to see.
